Easiest way to get signed up for a test is to call 1-800-274-8399 and tell them you want to schedule a test date in Fort Wayne. The on-line sign up doesn't work very well.

See detailed directions from here. FROM THE SOUTH:Follow I-69 North to exit 116. Go left (west) on Dupont Road. See detailed directions from here. FROM THE EAST:Take I-469 West to I-69 North. Follow I-69 North to exit 116. Go left (west) on Dupont Road. See detailed directions from here. FROM THE WEST: Take State Road 30 or 33 East to I-69. Follow I-69 North to exit 116. Go left (west) on Dupont Road. See detailed directions from here. DETAILED DIRECTIONS: Travel West on Dupont Road for approximately a quarter mile. Turn left (south) at light after Speedway gas station into the Dupont Business and Medical Park. Follow complex signs to 9921 Dupont Circle Drive West, Building 2. Note: Once you enter the business and medical park, the blue emergency room line painted on the street will also lead you right to us. Just turn right instead of left when it ends. Only three story building in the area with a large American flag in front. INSIDE THE BUILDING: Either enter the side door from the north parking area and we are the first office on your left. Or you may enter the main building entrance foyer and turn down the hallway to your right. Walk to the end of this hallway and we are the very last office on the right (Suite 140). PARKING: Plenty of free parking on site. |
